Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 19, 2026

1. General Policy

All subscription payments (monthly and yearly) are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide:

  • Partial refunds
  • Prorated refunds
  • Refunds for unused time
  • Refunds for failure to cancel

2. Cancellation Requirement

Users must cancel inside their dashboard prior to their renewal date. Failure to cancel before renewal results in automatic charge.

3. Suspension & Abuse

Accounts suspended or terminated for spam violations, abuse, legal risk, or chargebacks are not eligible for refunds.

4. Non-Use

Failure to use the platform does not qualify for refund.

5. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Verified fraudulent transactions
  • Billing errors

5A. List Vault Marketplace Transactions

List Vault marketplace rentals are generally treated as final once licensed, except where we determine a refund or reversal is appropriate.

  • We may reverse or refund a rental for duplicate payment, verified fraud, misuse, legal risk, or internal marketplace enforcement.
  • Marketplace reversals may also reduce or block related seller earnings and payouts.
  • Submitting a payout request does not guarantee seller payout timing if a hold, dispute, or appeal is active.

Improper chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination
  • Permanent ban
  • Collections action where applicable
